Sea kelp bioferment - a natural extract made from fermented sea kelp, it contains high concentrations of essential vitamins, minerals, carrageenan, and algin to provide ultra soothing and moisturizing benefits.  Unlike other moisturizing ingredients, it won't leave skin feeling oily or greasy.  Mega bonus: sea kelp bioferment has anti-inflammatory properties, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin.
