Shipping policy

We offer free domestic standard shipping to the USA on orders over $75 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Standard U.S. shipping for all other orders is $5.00 and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped", with options to upgrade at an additional cost.  All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@beenaturalz.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.
